"LE PORTILLO" is located in the heart of Gourette, number 40 on the resort map, 150m from the ski slopes and 100m from the shops. The residence is equipped with: a private indoor swimming pool with a children's pool, a whirlpool, a gym, a lounge, a games room, elevators, collective heating and hot water, ski lockers, a bicycle garage, two underground paid parking spaces and Wi-Fi.
3-room apartment equipped and furnished for 8 people, 61m², South-West facing, view of the slopes and mountains, on the 1st floor with terrace.
Entrance: mountain corner with 2 bunk beds (90). Bathroom: sink, bathtub and hairdryer. 2 separate toilets. Bedroom 1: 160 bed, television and bathroom: shower and sink. Bedroom 2: 2 80 beds, television.
Living room: 160cm double sofa bed, television - American kitchen: fridge with freezer compartment, 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, food processor.
NO SMOKING. SHEETS PROVIDED.
Additional charge: tourist tax. Pets accepted for a fee.
Optional: RESTAURANT packages (breakfast, dinner, half-board), towels, daily and departure cleaning, early arrival, late departure. In winter: SKILOC equipment rental, SKIPASS ski lifts, SKIPLUSS equipment + pass.
