Magnificent 46 square meter accommodation located in Fréjus.
ArrayIt is 46 square meters, has a balcony and can accommodate up to four people.
You will have the opportunity to enjoy the sea and all its activities.

Located on the 4th floor with elevator, it includes:
- a bedroom with a single trundle bed (a single bed with a second single bed that fits underneath);
- a shower room and a bathroom, both functional;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a balcony with a superb view;
- a dining area on the balcony;
- and a living room with a convertible sofa for you to relax.
You will particularly appreciate its freshness and brightness as well as its view of the sea of Saint-Raphaël bay.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, television, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, refrigerator, fan, hair dryer, etc. Sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost.
The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the beach and the city center and close to supermarkets such as:
- Vival: 6 minutes on foot;
- U Express: 9 minutes on foot.
You'll also have the opportunity to rent bikes at Azur Fun Bike (Bike Rental Service) two minutes from the apartment and a water sports equipment rental service called "JetFunEvasion, Jet ski in Fréjus" eight minutes away. A multitude of restaurants are available on the road leading to the beach.
Places of interest to visit:
- The Saint Aygulf coastal path: 7 minutes on foot;
- The Ornithological Observatory: 2 minutes by car;
- The Gaillarde Maritime Fishpond: 7 minutes away;
- The Dolmen de la Gaillarde: 12 minutes away and many others.

Fréjus is a seaside resort and tourist destination on the French Riviera. It has also been classified as a City of Art and History. It was originally a Roman city founded in 49 BC to oppose the city of Marseille, which then dominated the region. Fréjus is the site with the largest concentration of ancient remains in France after Arles. It is also home to the François Léotard Nature Park (an outdoor sports complex with numerous events in the summer).
From Fréjus train station: 5 minutes by car.
From Argens Aerodrome: 11 minutes by car.
