Our 40-square-meter apartment was completely renovated in 2023 to offer you a comfortable and pleasant stay. It is located on the floor with an elevator and can accommodate up to 4 people.
The bright living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, a flat-screen TV with internet box, the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances is adjoining the living room.
The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower with WC, washing machine and towel dryer.
For your comfort, our apartment is also equipped with reversible air conditioning in the bedroom and living room.
The private terrace with 2 tables and 4 chairs is an ideal place to relax outside while enjoying the view of the sea and the residence's garden.
The residence is secure and has a large, closed shared parking lot.
You also benefit from a private, closed garage just opposite the residence.
You will have access to a supermarket less than 50m away, accessible on foot from the residence.
You will be 35 minutes from Cannes and 40 minutes from Antibes, finally if you plan to travel by train, Fréjus train station is only 5 minutes away by car.
