Come spend a stay in this pleasant house, which can accommodate up to 4 people, located in Fréhel. Enjoy its proximity to the Château de Fort-La-Latte, Cap Fréhel, the Sables-d'Or-les-Pins resort and its splendid beach. Ideally located between Cap Fréhel and Les Sables-d'Or, just a short walk from the region's most remarkable sites, this house will allow you to enjoy walks along the GR34 trails, leading to Cap Fréhel.
This single-story house offers you:
- A large living room with sofa, armchairs, and dining area for 4 people;
- A fully equipped open kitchen with: sink, ceramic hob (3 burners), extractor fan, dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, citrus press, toaster, kettle, as well as various accessories (cutting board, utensils, pans, saucepans, etc.);
- A large bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm);
- A second bedroom equipped with two single beds (90x190 cm);
- A bathroom including a walk-in shower and two sinks;
- separate WC with washbasin;
- A fully furnished terrace with a dining table for 6 people, barbecue, parasol and deckchairs;
- Unenclosed garden;
- Garage available for storage only (bicycles, beach items, etc.)
