A 4-room, single-story villa suitable for children of all ages can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, with its 3 bedrooms: two double beds and two single beds.
There is 1 bathroom with WC, 1 shower room and a separate WC.
A bright 45m2 living room opening onto the terrace and the swimming pool with a dining area, lounge area with sofa, television and Wi-Fi, a small relaxation area fitted with armchairs facing the fireplace completes the living space.
A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with access to the terrace and swimming pool.
Ideally located, you will be only 30 minutes from the beaches of Cannes / Mandelieu-La-Nae, 35 minutes from Fréjus / Saint-Raphaël and 50 minutes from Nice airport which offers taxis / car rentals / public transport.
Nearby you will find a multitude of activities for all ages, for sports lovers, hiking trails are available in the heart of the Canton or at Les Adrets de l'Esterel, 15 minutes by car with breathtaking views, for history lovers, the 9 villages of the Canton of Fayence offer magnificent walks to feast your eyes and taste buds with the many restaurants serving Provençal gastronomy. For relaxing moments you can enjoy the lake of Saint-Cassien which is 10 minutes away, with inflatable water games, paddleboarding, pedal boats, a private beach, snacks and bars.
For the most useful, you will find all the shops just a few minutes away, supermarkets, tobacconists, bakeries, banks, butchers, snack bars, bars, opticians, pharmacy, medical center / surgery.
PASSENGER ACCESS
Guests will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay and will be greeted in person upon arrival starting at 4 p.m.

Linen is provided from 6 nights, it will be optional at an additional cost for stays of less than 6 nights and on request.
