Come stay in this small seaside house just a few meters from Caroual Beach in Erquy.
This fisherman's house, which sleeps 6, is located in the charming village of Caroual, less than 100m from the beach.
The property offers you:
- Living room including a dining area with dining table for 6 people as well as a kitchen area with: sink, gas cooker with 4 gas rings and oven, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils;
- A double bedroom with a standard size bed (140x190cm);
- A bedroom with two double beds (140x190cm) including a convertible sofa (140x190cm);
- A bathroom with shower;
- A separate toilet;
WIFI included subject to 4G network.
Unfenced garden, shared land with other houses.
The house is not equipped with a heating system.
