Located in Deauville, opposite the Deauville-la Touques racecourse, this superb luxury apartment offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay in Normandy. Situated within the prestigious Château Bel Abri, you can take full advantage of its one-hectare park.
With a maximum capacity of 3 people, the apartment is composed as follows:
- A large living room with fully equipped kitchen open to the lounge/dining room area offering a view of the castle park;
- A master suite equipped with a quality double bed 140x200cm as well as a superb "Italian" type shower room;
- A bedroom/office equipped with a 140x200cm "pull-out bed" of excellent quality and a reading corner.
It is located on the 2nd floor and has an elevator.
The accommodation is unique in its style, chic and elegant, and very well equipped, with a breathtaking view of Trouville-sur-Mer and its heights, the racecourse and even offers a glimpse of the sea from the living room and bedroom. Golf enthusiasts can also enjoy the Golf Barrière which is located less than 300m from the apartment.
At your disposal: Bed and bath linen, safe, free WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, as well as 2 deckchairs to enjoy the park and the rays of the Normandy sun.
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
On request, an outdoor parking space can be made available to you for the duration of your stay depending on the spaces available.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise must be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage. We thank you for your understanding.
By staying with us, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.

The location is idyllic for those who wish to enjoy the charm of Deauville while remaining away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. You can reach Place Morny, the Casino, or the beach via the pedestrian (15 min) and cycle path (5 min) located at the foot of the Château.
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
