Cozy duplex with a surface area of 22m² + 21m² outside the Carrez law, at the foot of the Espace Diamant slopes at Cernix in Crest-Voland Cohennoz and a stone's throw from amenities, bars and restaurants. On the floor of this west-facing residence, it offers a marvelous view of Mont Charvin and the Aravis mountain range, undoubtedly the most beautiful in the Val d'Arly.
