Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, the studio includes a living area with a sofa bed and several storage spaces, a functional kitchen equipped with a dining area and a clean bathroom. It also has a BALCONY where you can enjoy an exceptional view of nature.
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
A ski rental shop and a supermarket, Le Petit Casino, are a 7-minute drive from the apartment!
During your stay, don't miss out on visiting: the Saint-Nicolas Church of Combloux, the Tourist Office are both a 5-minute drive away, the Château des Rubins - Observatoire des Alpes 12 minutes away, the Rond-point de la Princesse 7 minutes away, the Croix des Salles (19 minutes away by car) and many more. In summer, don't miss out on a trip to the Plan d'eau Biotope lake for a swim, while during the winter, you'll also have several ski resorts, namely: Les Portes du Mont Blanc 6 minutes away by car, the Cordon Ski Area - Ski Lifts 15 minutes away, the Saint-Gervais Mont-Blanc Ski Area 24 minutes away.
