No more crowded beaches: enjoy exclusive access to a beach shared between co-owners, just 50 meters from your accommodation. The apartment enjoys a prime lakeside location: it's located directly opposite the archaeological excavation site of the peasant knights of the year 1000: a journey through time that you can discover at the Paladru Lake Museum (MALP). On foot, you can do your Sunday market or do some light shopping in the village on other days of the week (grocery store, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, tobacconist/newsagent). The beach street with its lakeside restaurants is about 300 meters away. If you want to tour the lake, the electric or mechanical bike rental shop is right next door, as is the start of the cycle path. Finally, hiking and mountain biking trails start from the village of Charavines. As you've probably guessed: park the car and enjoy.
During winter, the ski resorts are just an hour away from the accommodation, allowing you to fully enjoy the snow and snow sports.
Completely renovated in 2024, the 29 m² apartment offers a very functional main room with a living room, dining area, and open kitchen. If you want to stay connected, the small TV and fiber Wi-Fi will allow you not to miss the news or your series. In the kitchen, you will have an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a Senseo coffee maker, and a washing machine. The kitchen opens onto a small private terrace sheltered from view where you can prepare your meals thanks to the electric griddle provided or enjoy an aperitif outside. The bedroom offers a 140 cm double bed with a wardrobe. The sofa bed in the living room offers an extra bed for a child (160 x 160 cm). Finally, a small bathroom with toilet completes the package. The accommodation is equipped with reversible air conditioning which will bring you gentle warmth in winter and coolness in summer.

The accommodation has a fairly narrow parking space. For larger vehicles, it is possible to park along the road.
