We invite you to enjoy a moment of une conciergerie in our family apartment with a view of Mont Blanc, located 5 minutes from the start of the slopes and the Tour du Mont Blanc.
The apartment, with a surface area of 29.5 square meters, is ideal for a young couple, a family with children and is also accessible to people with reduced mobility.
It consists of:
- a large entrance
- a large living room and kitchen
- a fully equipped kitchen
- a fully renovated bathroom
- a large balcony with a table and chairs
You will also have at your disposal 100% organic grocery, cleaning and cosmetic products (shower gel, shampoo, soap, etc.).
The accommodation is exclusively NON-SMOKING!
The surroundings are very peaceful and the atmosphere is warm in this large mountain chalet, a former hotel residence. The residence is less than 500 meters from the Prarion cable car, and the free shuttle for your trips to Les Houches and Chamonix (approximately 20 minutes) stops at the residence's entrance.
For any reservation validated before November 16, 2023, linen is not provided but is available at an additional cost.
For all reservations after November 16, 2023, linen is included.

Close to the famous Chamonix ski resort, renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe, Les Houches is a small, typical mountain village. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix and its region are much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up the valley, and numerous activities are offered in both winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hikes to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking, etc.). Other popular tourist spots include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the legendary Vallée Blanche, which invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3,800 m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes can be discovered all year round.
Les Houches SNCF train station is a 4-minute drive away.
Chamonix Mont Blanc train station is an 11-minute drive away.
Geneva Airport is 1 hour 5 minutes away by car.
