Located in the heart of Chamonix, the accommodation is spacious, welcoming and perfect for a tourist holiday with friends or family.
It is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a living room with 2 sofas including 1 convertible sofa. You will appreciate its pretty BALCONY furnished to relax after a day of walking and admire the magnificent view of Mont-Blanc and the mountain.
In addition to all this, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Dishwasher, Elevator, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Heating, Hair dryer, Microwave, Oven, Hot water, Fondue and raclette machine.
The apartment doesn't have its own Wi-Fi box, but it has a very good 5G connection. The building offers Wi-Fi, but at a slow speed if everyone uses it!
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining area.
Chamonix train station is a 10-minute walk away, the "Aiguille du Midi" stop is less than a 5-minute walk away, and the bus station is 1 minute away!
The bus station is a 2-minute walk away and will take you to all the ski areas.
A ski rental shop, "O'shop," is located almost at the foot of the building and will offer you a 20% discount upon presentation of the flyer left in the apartment.
On the same square, you will find a SPAR supermarket for your small shopping needs, as well as a pharmacy, a tobacconist and a delicious bakery 3 minutes from the apartment!
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
You will have a transport card to travel free of charge on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine and at reduced rates with the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. The mountaineering capital, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center, and numerous activities are offered in both winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hikes to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking, etc.). Other popular tourist attractions include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the legendary Vallée Blanche, which invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3,800 m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes can be discovered all year round.
