You will particularly appreciate its brightness and calm.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Washing machine, Dryer, Iron, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, etc.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The accommodation is located:

- Less than a 2-minute walk to the city center pedestrian street, where you will find shops, restaurants, a cinema and other businesses.
You will be in the immediate vicinity of the market, open on Saturdays, walks along the banks of the Arve, an ice rink, swimming pool and the magnificent QC Terme SPA.
If you are a ski enthusiast, you will be delighted to know that the cross-country ski trails and ski lifts of the Brévent-Flégère site are also accessible in less than 5 minutes.
In addition, at the foot of the residence, you will find the Savoy field, where the ESF ski school is located and where you can take the ski lift which will take you to the cable cars of the Brévent-Flégère area if the snow conditions are good!
You will have a transport card to travel free of charge on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine and at reduced rates with the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).
For your daily needs, a "Super U et Drive" supermarket is less than a 5-minute walk away.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the Aiguille du Midi Cable Car, approximately a 15-minute walk away.

Other popular tourist attractions include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the legendary Vallée Blanche, which invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3,800 m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes can be discovered all year round.
