Magnificent 30 square meter apartment located in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc.
ArrayIt is 42 square meters including 31m² of living space, includes a bedroom with several storage spaces and can accommodate up to four people.
You will have the opportunity to enjoy the mountain and all its activities.

Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, the apartment includes:
- a bedroom with a double bed;
- two mountain corners with a single bed and a child's bed;
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen;
- a modern shower room;
- a nice balcony with table and chairs;
- and a lounge area to relax after a day of walking.
You will have everything you need to have a great stay, including: toaster, kettle, fondue set, oven, refrigerator, hairdryer, etc.
Please note that sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The accommodation is located in the heart of Chamonix town centre on the pedestrian shopping street, offering a view from the room of Brévent and Plan Praz.
On site, it is close to all amenities and public transport, with a bus stop at the foot of the building.
Montenvers train station is a 15-minute walk away, the Aiguille du Midi cable car is a 5-minute walk away, and the Brevent/Plan Praz cable car is a 10-15-minute walk away.
A laundromat with several washing machines and a dryer, as well as integrated organic laundry detergent, is located in the shopping mall (for a fee). Parking is free on Allée du Recteur Payot (with a blue disc), and a paid parking lot, Outa, is a 2-minute walk away.
The famous Shouka Café is just 2 minutes from the apartment. Rue des Moulins is a must-visit for restaurants, offering a variety of choices, such as Joia by Pizzeria on Rue des Moulin (reservation required), Café des Aiguilles with excellent coffee and homemade pastries, the organic grocery store offering organic and vegetarian dishes, homemade cakes, fresh fruit juices and good coffee, and Cool Cats, renowned for its best hot dogs in Chamonix.
For cheese, the Val d'Arly Fruit Cooperative is the perfect place. The Chamonix Guides' House and the tourist office are located on the Place de l'Église.
In both summer and winter, there are many activities to enjoy nature, such as hiking, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, mountaineering, rock climbing, rafting and hydrospeed on the Arve.
There is also a magnificent treetop adventure park in Les Gaillands, offering courses suitable for youngsters as well as adventurers.
Finally, for a moment of calm, you can enjoy the cinema, the swimming pool and the media library.
You will have a transport card to travel free of charge on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine and at reduced rates with the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
