The house is composed of an entrance opening onto a living/dining room with television and equipped with air conditioning as well as a pellet stove ideal in all seasons; the semi-open kitchen with glass roof is fully equipped and functional.
There are three comfortable and tastefully decorated bedrooms, ideal for accommodating up to 6 people.
The bathroom has a shower as well as a bathtub.
It all opens onto a shaded terrace, perfect for enjoying a barbecue with family or friends.
For your moments of relaxation and refreshment, enjoy the swimming pool and deckchairs
The property is located in a quiet residential area and close to all shops (3 minutes by car from the market, supermarkets, bakery, pharmacies, etc.)
