Ideally located on the residential hillside of "La Californie" in Carqueiranne, Villa Françoise offers an exceptional setting with a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, pétanque court, and spacious living spaces. Exceptional views of Porquerolles, the Giens Peninsula, Almanarre Bay, and Saint Mandrier Bay are offered.
This Villa is an open door to the treasures of the Var coast:
The Golden Islands (Porquerolles, Port-Cros, and the Île du Levant), true natural gems. The Giens Peninsula, a paradise for nature lovers and water sports enthusiasts (kitesurfing, windsurfing, wing foiling, diving), with seaside bars and restaurants for a sunny holiday with family or friends.
Welcome to La Villa Françoise: For 10 people maximum
On the floor, North side (forest): 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 king-size beds 180*200cm, 2 single beds 90*200cm), bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. South side (sea): Living room, dining room, kitchen with stunning views, surrounded by a balcony. Barbecue area and outdoor table for 10 people.
On the ground floor: 2 bedrooms (queen-size beds 160*200cm) sharing a lounge area with television opening onto the garden.
Laundry room, weight training equipment, shower room, separate WC.
Outside, Seaside: Shaded dining area and outdoor lounge with shade sails. Multi-level wooden terrace with jacuzzi, Balinese bed and sun loungers. Heated 5*12M swimming pool. Forestside: Pétanque court, trampoline and direct access to the Sabatière forest for hiking.
For your comfort: Furnished outdoor spaces: Garden with shaded terrace, heated swimming pool (5x12m), 5-seater jacuzzi, pétanque court, and trampoline. Modern comfort: Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, bright living room. Secure parking for 3 vehicles.
To be paid on site: Security deposit €2,500 (by credit card, not debited) tourist tax (according to current rates).
Bed and bath linen provided and end-of-stay cleaning included.
