On the ground floor: living room, equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc.), shower room with toilet, terrace. Upstairs: sleeping area with a 180 cm double bed and sofa, shower room with toilet. 2nd small terrace. No parking. Garage rental available for 18 euros/night.
Tourist tax: 2.30 euros/day/adult. Administration fee: 29 euros. Beds made and towels provided. Departure cleaning included.
