On the ground floor: a bedroom at the entrance with a 140 cm double bed, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen area (large fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave, Senséo coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, toaster and kettle) and a television. Shower room. Separate toilet. Upstairs on the open mezzanine: a 140 cm double bed. Spacious terrace with a large parasol. South exposure. Private parking n°72.
Deposit: 380 euros. Administration fees: 29 euros. Tourist tax to be paid on site max 6.62 euros/day/adult person. Sheet and towel rental package: 20 euros. Cleaning from 80 euros or to be done yourself on the day of departure. Arrival: from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., you have 24 hours to report any malfunction. Departure before 11 a.m.: make an appointment upon arrival as someone comes to carry out the inventory. Please provide us with your civil liability certificate otherwise the insurance costs 24 euros.
