The keys will be handed over in person between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. depending on the time taken to prepare the apartment between 2 travelers; a presentation of the apartment will be made on site so that your installation goes as smoothly as possible and I can even give you addresses and the best deals of the moment!
On the day of your departure, check out will be at 10:00 a.m.

Tourist tax will be collected on site before the keys are handed over, unless it has already been paid online at the time of booking. (Tourist tax amount: €4 per person per day)
A deposit of €1,000 will be required for any reservation via the swikly app.
Taking out holiday liability insurance covering your stay is mandatory. Failure to comply with this formality will result in the tenant being held liable in the event of a claim and cannot under any circumstances be the fault of the property manager.

Exit cleaning is included in your reservation, but we ask that you do the dishes before your departure and you must have put all your waste in the bin in the area reserved for this purpose in the residence. Failure to comply with this procedure will result in an additional cleaning charge of €20.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation and we have a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our team discovers even the slightest trace or residue (odor, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to require a minimum of €300 from your security deposit.

USE :
The use of the private swimming pool is strictly reserved for tenants of the
Residence.
OPENING PERIOD FOR SWIMMING:
Beginning of May to end of September of each year, adaptable according to weather conditions.
RESPONSIBILITY :
Users are informed that the pool is not under the supervision of a person.

liability in the event of an accident occurring due to an infringement of these regulations.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by adults and placed under their supervision
within the pool area.
