Located at the bottom of the Californie district, this comfortable studio offers a glimpse of the sea, a large balcony, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and shared parking. Located less than a 10-minute walk from La Croisette (650 meters).

This accommodation is located in a luxury residence on the 3rd floor with elevator.
It is composed as follows:
- A beautiful living room with a dining table for 4 people, a comfortable double Murphy bed (160cm), a double convertible meridienne sofa bed (140cm bed). The living room opens onto a large furnished balcony with a sea view, a dining table for 4 people and two deckchairs.
- A small, fully equipped closed kitchen.
- A bathroom with bathtub and washing machine
- A separate toilet
- A wardrobe and storage drawers
The residence has a shared parking lot at the foot of the building. The space is available. If the parking lot is full, the quiet street offers plenty of space and makes parking easy.
TV, wifi, air conditioning included.
Guests have access to the entire accommodation.
Check-in is between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Someone will come to greet you and show you the accommodation.
Please contact us at least 2 days before your arrival to arrange an arrival time so that our team can make arrangements.
Departures are at 10 a.m.
During your stay, we will be available to assist you if necessary by SMS, Whatssap, phone calls, emails or on site to ensure the smooth running of your stay.
The accommodation is located in the Basse Californie area of Cannes, just 1.4 km from Cannes SNCF train station, a 20-minute walk.
In the surrounding area there are:
- An Intermarché supermarket: 650 meters
- Bakery and Picard: 350 meters
Only 650 meters from the Croisette and the sea.
Linens are included in the reservation. One set of sheets per bed upon arrival. One bath towel per person upon arrival.
Linens are provided upon arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.
If you would like cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to arrange a quote for this additional service.
Pool/beach towels are not included.
The accommodation does not have soap, washing machine products (dishwasher/washing machine), or coffee.
