You will enjoy the proximity of the city center, port, beaches, but also the old tourist town of Cannes called Le Suquet, as well as the large Forville market.

I live in Cannes and am available by phone (text, WhatsApp, calls) and can come to you if there are any problems with your stay. I will be in front of the building to hand over the keys, explain everything, and answer your questions.
Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m.
If check-in is after 8pm, please contact me to arrange a separate check-in.

The seaside avenue "Boulevard du Midi" was renovated a year ago. It is a continuation of the "Vieux Port" avenue, which combines public and private beaches.
Our private access is directly on the seaside avenue and its many shops and restaurants.
You can reach the city center in 5 minutes on foot along the beaches, the old port, the hotels and the Croisette.
You will enjoy a drink on the rooftop of the "1835 White Palm Hotel", an essential stop to admire the view of Cannes and the mountains.
The "Forville" market is a must-see place for healthy eating, fruits, meats, flowers, cheeses... not to mention the tapas and seafood bars all around the market.
All shops are in the immediate vicinity:
-all types of restaurants,
-Local Fresh Market forville: 200 meters,
-Lidll supermarket: 150 meters away.
-Croisette: luxury boutiques, palaces, seaside, beaches, restaurants, Italian artisan ice cream parlors, snack kiosks, souvenir kiosks, cafes, etc.
Cannes SNCF train station is a 15-minute walk from the apartment.
The central bus station is close to the apartment, only 200 meters away, and allows you to discover other cities.
