This one is equipped for 4 people, including a living room with sofa and television, kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, bedroom 1 (1 bed 160), bedroom 2 with sofa bed, shower room with washing machine, toilet, balcony with beautiful open view.
The + put down your suitcases and do everything on foot!!!
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €). - High chair rental: 15 € per week - Baby bed rental: 15 € per week - Wi-Fi box rental: 39 € per week
The rental must be returned clean and in good condition.
A secure, closed parking space can be reserved just a stone's throw from the rental property at a rate of €70 per week.
The exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who can, if they wish, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (price communicated on request)
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or check).
