Located on the 1st floor with a terrace not overlooked, it consists of a kitchen equipped with washing machine, induction hob, multifunction oven, microwave, family coffee maker, kettle).
A bedroom with a 140cm double bed, a living/dining room with a convertible sofa and smart connected TV.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €). - High chair rental: 15 € per week - Baby bed rental: 15 € per week -
The rental must be returned clean and in good condition.
The exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who can, if they wish, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (price communicated on request)
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or check).
