House in the "Les Fermes Marines" residence. Located 350m from the sea, it is close to cycle paths and pedestrian paths. Everything is designed to help you unwind: the residence includes green spaces, tennis courts, ping-pong, boules, ... as well as a swimming pool open from June 15th to September 15th.
The house comprises 1 living room with fitted kitchen, a living room, a toilet. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with closet and (double bed in each bedroom), as well as a bathroom. You will also enjoy its small courtyard not overlooked and its garden shed.

Payment by holiday vouchers (ANCV) accepted. Accommodation deposit: €500 - Cleaning deposit: €100 - Tourist tax to be paid upon arrival.
Optional, to be booked in advance and paid on arrival: end-of-stay cleaning (€110), household linen rental (€8 for a set of 2 hand towels + 1 bath mat/person/week, €3 for a set of 2 tea towels/week).
