The apartment is ideally located within walking distance or by free shuttle, from the center of the Arc 1800 resort and the snow front! It provides quick access to all shops, activities, and ski lifts!
The apartment is located in a new, quiet residence, in a green environment.
On the 3rd floor with elevator, it includes:
- a bedroom with a double bed, TV and dressing room;
- a bedroom with two single beds, a double bed and a large dressing room;
- a spacious shower room with washing machine and dryer;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a living room with a convertible sofa.
You will particularly appreciate its sunny balcony and its view of the valley and Mont Blanc.
During your stay, you will have the following equipment at your disposal: freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, television, hair dryer, raclette machine and ski locker.
Sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost and must be ordered one week in advance.
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.

Major sporting events take place regularly (canoeing, cycling, trail running, etc.). But you can relax in this rural nature, stroll through the villages, and to regain your strength, discover Savoyard specialties: Savoyard fondue, raclette and other products (honey, jams, etc.). A funicular connects Bourg-Saint-Maurice to Arc 1600 in 7 minutes! From there, you will have access to the entire Paradiski area: 425 km of slopes!
