Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, the accommodation includes:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bunk bed;
- 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed;
- a functional bathroom;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- and a beautiful living room with a dining area.
You will have everything you need for a great stay, including: freezer, 4-burner induction hob, Krups Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, raclette machine, television, washing machine, iron, ski room and parking.
Sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost.
One of the apartment's strong points is its location. It's peaceful, surrounded by nature, trees, hiking trails, and mountain bike trails. Yet, it's just a 10-minute drive from all the town's amenities: shops, restaurants, a cinema, and a swimming pool. It's also a 2-minute funicular ride from the Arc 1600 resort and the entire Paradiski area.

The building is located halfway between Bourg-Saint-Maurice and the Arc 1600 resort, on the Route des Arcs (D119). It is located on the Route des Arcs, close, on foot or by car, to the "Les Granges" funicular stop. It is peacefully located among the trees and enjoys beautiful sunshine. It provides quick access to all the shops in Bourg-Saint-Maurice, Arc 1600, and the entire Paradiski area. Bike and hiking trails are nearby. However, a car is recommended for this property.
From Bourg-Saint-Maurice TGV station: 10 minutes by car/taxi.
From Chambéry Savoie Mont Blanc Airport: 1 hour and 29 minutes by car.
