- a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room;
- a bedroom with a double bed;

Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: Wi-Fi, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, hairdryer, washing machine, oven, etc. Please note that sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
For your daily shopping, a "Carrefour City" supermarket is just a one-minute walk away.

The most beautiful buildings are located here, and major brands and professionals vie for a location. Bordeaux and its surrounding area are fully connected by the Place des Quinconces.
This neighborhood has two sides: one with a rich cultural heritage accompanied by a peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere, and one with an administrative, commercial, and tourist heart, as well as more lively areas where many bars and restaurants are concentrated. The pedestrian streets are very pleasant, and the tramway allows you to move quickly within the city.
