On the site of the 27-hole golf course, 2 km from the lake and 6 km from the beach, in a green and quiet residential area, beautiful modern villa of 150m2 of wooden construction, light and spacious, for 8 people, with a duckboard terrace extended by a heated swimming pool of 10x5m (depending on outside temperature) and secured by a roller shutter.
Terrace overlooking one side of the land without a guardrail and extension of the wooden terrace with garden furniture, plancha and deckchairs. Wi-Fi. Possibility of parking cars on the land.
