In a popular area of our seaside resort, this pleasant 1920s villa measures approximately 200m² and can accommodate up to 14 people. Less than 300 meters from the ocean and shops. The property sits on a pleasant 600m² plot, not overlooked and fully fenced. There's a garden furniture set with a stone barbecue. Parking for two vehicles is available.
