Our gîte on the ground floor of a 1960s architect-designed house will charm you with its privileged lakefront location. You'll be spoiled for choice for swimming: the subdivision beach equipped with an offshore raft for fun (in yellow on the map, 50 meters away) or Bilieu beach, open only to guests of the municipal campsite and residents of the commune (badge provided, in red on the map, less than a 5-minute walk away). We provide you with our 2 paddleboards with authorization to circulate on the lake and life jackets. For cycling enthusiasts, the cycle path passes at the end of the street. For hiking and mountain biking enthusiasts, multiple trails are at your disposal, all around the lake or in the Chartreuse. On the practical side, Charavines, with its market, local shops and restaurants, is located 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bike/scooter, 20 minutes on foot via the Bois d'Amour path which runs along the lake.
LAC CASA 60' has a separate gate with two private parking spaces. Featuring a covered terrace of over 60 m², you can enjoy a plancha area, a relaxing garden furniture set, and a large family table for sharing meals overlooking the lake. Our small enclosed garden on the side of the house, with a swing, tomato plantations, and aromatic herbs, is open to you.
Completely renovated in the spirit of the 1960s, the apartment offers 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 200, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160 x 200, 1 shower room and 1 separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dining table. A living room with a comfortable sofa bed (160 x 200), a TV and a teleworking space with fiber connection completes the whole.
The provision of tea towels and bath mats is included in the cleaning fee.
The beds are made upon your arrival: please just specify when booking if the sofa bed will be used.
A hand towel and bath sheet per person will also be provided.
The replacement of bed linen and towels during the stay will be charged at a rate of 13 EUR/double bed, 9 EUR/single bed and 4 EUR/bath towel and bath sheets.
Remember to bring your beach towel and swimming sandals, which are very practical for walking on the pebbles when the lake level drops.

Weekly rental only during the summer season.
No parties, accommodation located in a subdivision. We occupy the 1st floor.
The beach regulations for the subdivision are provided before your arrival: they must be scrupulously respected, otherwise access may be refused.
No smoking inside.
Baby bath, travel cot, high chair, child bike seat, potty and adapter provided on request.
Access to the house laundry room with washing machine and ironing equipment possible
Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility
LAC CASA 60' is an entire dwelling occupying the entire ground floor of the house: you have a separate entrance, a terrace, and a plancha area entirely private. Only the enclosed garden on the side of the house with the swing is shared with the owners.
