This magnificent 150 m² house with a 200 m² garden, including a 30 m² furnished terrace, is perfect for enjoying the summer sun with a plancha grill. This house will allow you to have a pleasant stay, close to all the attractions offered by the city of Biarritz.
A charming and authentic house located in the famous Saint-Charles district. It boasts elegant, tasteful decor and a bright, functional layout, complemented by high-quality amenities, offering optimal comfort for a stay in Biarritz. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to cook just like at home. It opens onto the bright living room, which you can enjoy while listening to music from the record player.
You will be just a 10-minute walk from Biarritz's famous beach and 3 minutes from local shops (Petit Casino, bakery, butcher, etc.). Two supermarkets are located nearby (rue de la Bergerie, about 400-600m away), as well as a pharmacy. You will also find many food shops: dairy-cheese shop, butcher shop, two bakeries, delicatessen, pastry-tea room and fishmonger.

Four comfortable bedrooms offer several storage spaces, located directly upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: has a private bathroom, as well as a queen-size bed (160 x 200).
- Bedroom 2: has a queen size bed (160 x 200).
- Bedroom 3: also has a queen size bed (160 x 200).
- Bedroom 4: upstairs, with a 140cm double bed.
Services:
The rate includes linens, including bedding and bath towels, as well as housekeeping service to ensure beds are perfectly prepared upon your arrival. However, please note that barbecue cleaning, as well as dishwashing and storage, are not included. Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay.

Léa or Eliott will contact you on the day of your arrival to schedule your arrival time. Check-in is normally between 5 pm and 8 pm, and check-out is between 8 am and 10 am. Late check-in or early check-out is possible upon request; however, an additional fee may apply.
