Welcome to our charming apartment, a true haven of peace in the heart of Biarritz! You'll find all the comforts you need for a memorable stay.
Ideal Location: We're located in the heart of Biarritz, just steps from the famous Grande Plage and the Casino. All amenities are within easy reach: bakery, pharmacy, newsagent, and much more. You won't even need to take your car!
However, please note that the building is under construction from September 2023 to April 2024. Scaffolding and noise may cause some inconvenience during this period.
Comfort and Functionality: Our accommodation offers a functional space including a large main room with a lounge area, an open-plan equipped kitchen, a bathroom with double sinks and a bathtub, a bedroom with a 160cm double bed and plenty of storage, a second bedroom with two single beds and its own bathroom with a sink and a bathtub, as well as a private laundry area equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. In addition, a balcony with a small bar will allow you to enjoy the mild climate of the Basque Country!
Parking: You can park your vehicle in the Casino parking lot, located right next to the apartment. During high season, we recommend reserving your space on parkindigo.com (paid parking). Please note that the apartment is located near the Casino, which may cause noise disturbance.
Included Services: Linens (bedding and towels) and cleaning are included in the rate, so you can enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind. Wi-Fi is also available, ideal for remote working.
Recommendations and Services: We're here to offer you recommendations on activities and events on the Basque Coast. Whether you're looking for a surf instructor, yoga instructor, or even a babysitter, we have the best contacts to ensure you have a great vacation.
Security Deposit: A €1,500 bank imprint will be requested via a payment link managed by the secure online service Swikly. This deposit is mandatory and must be paid before arrival at the property. It does not affect your credit card usage limits and will be automatically canceled within 7 days of your departure, subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale and the property being returned in perfect condition.
Communication with Guests: Léa or Chloé will contact you on the day of your arrival to schedule your check-in time.
Check-in is normally from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, however, later check-in is possible upon request and at an additional cost.
For arrival between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.: 35 euros.
For arrival between 10 p.m. and midnight: 65 euros.
For arrival after midnight: 100 euros.
