Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, this superb contemporary apartment (adapted to PMR standards) has 2 terraces allowing you to enjoy the rays of sunshine, 2 bedrooms and a private parking space.
With a maximum capacity of 4 people, the apartment is composed as follows:
- Day side: A large living room with terrace (equipped with a table and 6 chairs) offers beautiful light in a peaceful setting, a fully equipped open kitchen with central island and a beautiful living room with Smart TV
- Night side you will find: A beautiful bedroom with a Queen size bed (160x200cm), dressing room and terrace (equipped with 2 deckchairs) offering a small glimpse of the sea, as well as a second bedroom equipped with 2 single beds + dressing room.
- A shower room completes this property. The toilets are separate.
The location is idyllic for those who want to enjoy Deauville while being in a quiet area (50m from the beach and the popular beach restaurants, 500m from the Franciscaines of Deauville, 3 min by car from the town center and the casino (10 min on foot)). The residence is brand new and fully secure.
At your disposal: Bed and bath linen, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
On request, a private indoor parking space can be made available for the duration of your stay.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise must be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage. We thank you for your understanding.
By staying with us, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.

The apartment is located in a secure residence at the crossroads of Benerville-sur-Mer and Deauville. Within walking distance of the apartment, you'll find a bakery, a local grocery store, and a Carrefour Market. Deauville-Trouville train station is less than a 5-minute drive away.
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
