This peaceful villa, with no overlooked views, features a large 1050 m² wooded garden overlooking the Makila Golf Course. Ideal for family vacations, it is equipped with everything you need for a successful stay, including a plancha grill and a fire pit. The kitchen is also fully equipped, allowing you to cook just like at home. A spacious 27 m² veranda, with a large table for 10 guests and a table football, offers moments of conviviality.
The 10x5m heated swimming pool, open from April to October and secured by an electric cover, invites you to relax.

SERVICES
The rate includes linens, including bedding and towels, as well as housekeeping service to ensure beds are perfectly prepared upon your arrival. However, please note that barbecue cleaning and dishwashing and storage are not included.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. We are available throughout your stay to provide recommendations or assist with bookings. Whether it's surfboard rentals, surfing lessons, skateboarding lessons, or even local tours, we work with the best providers in the region. If you have more specific requests, such as booking a chef, we are also available to assist you.
CAUTION
A bank imprint of €2,800 will be requested as part of the rental. This imprint, which is provided via a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, is mandatory and must be completed before arrival at the property. The amount is neither blocked nor debited, and does not impact your credit card usage limits. This transaction is automatically canceled within 7 days of your departure, subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale and the property being returned in perfect condition. We add an additional €500 deposit if you bring pets, in case of damage to the property or additional cleaning.

Léa or Chloé will contact you on the day of your arrival to schedule your arrival time. Check-in is normally between 5 pm and 8 pm and check-out is between 8 am and 10 am. Late check-in or early check-out is possible upon request, however an additional fee will apply:
From 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.: €50
From 10 p.m. to midnight: €80
From midnight to 6 a.m.: €120
From 6 a.m. to 8 a.m.: €50
