Lovely, comfortable 2-bedroom apartment 100m from the slopes and in the heart of the village of Arêches for 4 to 6 people, 33m², in the 25-apartment Orée des Prés I residence, south-facing balcony, 1st floor.
Living room with dining area, relaxation area (TV, sofa bed) and well-equipped kitchenette opening onto the living room (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and raclette machine) - 1 shower room (hair dryer) - separate toilet - bedroom (window) with 1 double bed 140 - 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds: 120 and 90 (with window) - ski locker - cupboards.
THIS APARTMENT IS ONLY RENTED WEEKLY FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY
