Beautiful space for this 40m² loft spirit - ideal for 7 people - collective residence of 24 apartments in the heights of Arêches on the ground floor it includes: closed cabin, closed alcove entrance, living room - with US kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom, WC, beautiful south-west facing tree-lined terrace. Pleasant view of the village (2 double beds 140 X 190 3 single beds 90X190) - 800 m from the ski slopes, 350 m from the shops, heated ski and boot locker - shared laundry room (according to schedule provided) with washing machine and dryer.
