Very nice, spacious apartment, located on the 2nd floor of the Poncellamont residence located at the foot of the Arêches-Beaufort resort area and a 5-minute walk from the shops.
The residence is a renovated former hotel.
When you arrive, you can park in your allocated space number 8 in the car park located at the foot of the residence.
Access to the 2nd floor via an exterior then interior staircase (digital code).
The ski locker is also located outside at the foot of the stairs.
The apartment features an entrance/cloakroom with a large storage closet. This entrance opens onto a living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine, freezer and fridge.
The living room is composed of a sofa and armchair, television. The dining area is furnished with a large table and chairs. The room opens onto a large west-facing terrace. The double bedroom (140 x 190 bed) also opens onto the terrace. Another bedroom can accommodate 4 people in 2 x 2 bunk beds (90 x 190). The bedding is equipped with mattress protectors, pillows, pillowcases and duvets.
This apartment is located at the foot of the Grand Mont chairlift. Ideal for families and friends (plenty of games and books)
Notes: Pets are not allowed. Tourist tax is extra, according to the current scale. Sheets and household linens are available for rental. A security deposit (depending on the size of the accommodation) will be required upon arrival.
