Beautiful apartment in a secure, luxury residence with a caretaker, elevator, and swimming pool. Located just steps from Salis Beach, this apartment offers an unbeatable location for a successful vacation in the fabulous Salis district of Antibes.
This apartment offers ideal amenities for your stay, including a private underground parking space, an elevator, and a swimming pool within the residence. The apartment features a dual-aspect terrace with a double terrace: the with a view of the sea and Salis Beach, and the second with a view of the residence's swimming pool.
This two-bedroom apartment located on the 2nd floor consists of:
- Spacious living room with a sofa, TV and dining table opening onto a beautiful terrace with a view of Salis beach.
- 2 bedrooms each with two single beds (sleeps 4). In one of the bedrooms, it is possible on request to put the 2 single beds together, add a mattress topper to make a 160cm double bed. This room opens onto a terrace with a view of the swimming pool.
- Bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer
- Separate toilets
- Fully equipped closed kitchen: hotplates, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine
- Air conditioning
Guests have access to the entire apartment.

This apartment is located in the famous Antibes neighborhood called "La Salis." Known for its fine sandy beaches and superb seaside atmosphere, La Salis Beach is the last beach in Antibes before entering Cap d'Antibes, just after Ponteil Beach. It is one of the most famous beaches in Antibes and attracts many vacationers in the summer.
This beach is directly adjacent to the road. Families with children will therefore prefer Ponteil Beach (200 meters away), which is better protected.
Beautiful view of Cap d'Antibes, the old town and the small fishing port of La Salis.
To get to this beach from Antibes city center, take Avenue Albert 1er, then at sea level turn right towards Cap d'Antibes. The beach is located just before Cap d'Antibes (be careful to always keep left while following the seafront).
Everything is within walking distance. Located in a pedestrian-only neighborhood, you can simply stroll through the narrow streets and enjoy the proximity of the shops.
Public parking near Port Vauban is nearby to park your vehicle.
Antibes SNCF train station 1.9 km away and 2.2 km from Juan les Pins SNCF train station
By car: A8 motorway, Antibes exit
Possibility of a secure parking subscription in Ponteil, 450 meters from the apartment: approximately 60 euros/week

Linens are included in your reservation. One linen kit will be provided per bed, depending on the number of guests upon arrival.
A shower towel (medium size) will also be provided per person upon arrival.
A tea towel, a bath mat and a roll of toilet paper will be provided upon your arrival.
The swimming pool is open from 10am to 1pm and from 3pm to 7pm every day EXCEPT Sundays and public holidays.
Housekeeping is also included in the rental price. Dishes must be cleaned and trash disposed of.
Linens are provided upon arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.

Pool/beach towels are not included.
The accommodation does not have soap, washing machine products (dishwasher/washing machine), or coffee.
