This two-bedroom apartment is located in a secure building with an elevator and is close to all amenities. This 72m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to its two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Array
This apartment, located on the floor of a building with elevator, is composed as follows:
- Fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, utensils) and access to a small balcony
- Large entrance hall with storage space
- Living room with dining table/TV/Internet/sofa, AC
- 4m2 balcony and a table for 2 accessible from the living room
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x200cm), storage, fan
- Bathroom 1: shower, sink, toilet
- Bedroom 2: double bed (160x200cm), wardrobe, fan, en-suite bathroom
- Bathroom 2: accessible from bedroom 2: shower, sink, toilet
The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and 2 fans.
Guests have access to the entire apartment except for a closet for personal use.
Guests will be in contact with our agency located down the street (3 minutes walk). They can contact us before arrival to confirm their arrival and/or departure time at least one day before.
Throughout their stay, they can contact our agency for assistance.
The apartment is located in the city center of Antibes, so you can enjoy old Antibes, the beaches and the nearby restaurants and bars on foot.
It is very convenient to be in this area thanks to its proximity to the beach and the old town at the same time.
If you come by car, you can park in a Q Park in Antibes (additional charge) or on the street within the limits of available spaces (also chargeable).
The apartment does not have parking space and air conditioning in the bedrooms.
There is one set of bed linen per bed upon arrival with one large towel and one small towel per person upon check-in.
If you would like cleaning during your stay, this is possible but please contact the agency to obtain a quote for this additional service (same for additional sheets and towels).
Linens are provided upon arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.
If you would like cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to arrange a quote for this additional service.
Pool/beach towels are not included.
The accommodation does not have soap, washing machine products (dishwasher/washing machine), or coffee.
