The perfect apartment for your vacation, thanks to its high-end amenities. This 71m² 3-room apartment offers a beautiful sea view from the living room with access to the 15m² terrace. Each bedroom has air conditioning and access to the 12m² garden-side balcony.
The apartment has Wi-Fi, TV, access to the residence's two swimming pools and can accommodate up to 4 people.

This lovely 3-room apartment is located in the Maeva residence in Juan les Pins, with large gardens, 1 children's pool and 1 adult pool and access to free parking.
This apartment is composed as follows:
- Living room with sofa, TV, wifi
- Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, traditional oven, steam oven, grill, hotplates, dishwasher, kitchen utensils.
- Terrace accessible from the 15m2 living room with outdoor furniture and sea view
- Bedroom 1: double bed 180x200 cm, air conditioning, access to a 12m2 balcony
- Shower room 1: adjoining bedroom 1 with shower, sink and dressing room in the shower room (no toilet)
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds 90x200 cm, dressing room, air conditioning, access to the garden-side balcony communicating with bedroom 1.
- Shower room 2: shower, sink (located in the corridor, no toilet)
- Separate WC located in the corridor in the apartment (1 WC for the apartment)
The apartment therefore has air conditioning (in the bedrooms, not in the living room), Wi-Fi, and a TV in the living room.
The swimming pool is open year-round from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. It is an unheated outdoor pool with no lifeguards. There are no lounge chairs around the pool.
You will have access to parking in the residence, along the building. This is not a designated space.
You will have access to the entire accommodation.
Throughout your stay you will be in contact with a person from our agency to ensure that your vacation goes smoothly.
Please confirm your arrival time no later than the day before your arrival so that someone can arrange to meet you on site and welcome you and hand over the keys. As there is no reception on site, you must confirm the meeting time in advance.
Check-in is between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Departures are at 10 a.m.
Bus line 8 is located right outside the building and takes you to the train station, Antibes Old Town, and downtown Juan-les-Pins. This is very convenient, so you won't need to take a taxi from the station if you're arriving by train.
Nice Airport is approximately 25 minutes from the apartment. Remember to exit at the Antibes exit from the A8 motorway.
The area being residential, you can enjoy a quiet vacation in this family residence.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 2-story residence.
The apartment door slams shut, so remember to always have the key with you when you leave to avoid paying locksmith fees during your stay (!)
Linens are included in your reservation: one set per bed upon arrival, along with bath towels. If you would like your sheets/towels changed during your stay, please contact the agency for a quote.
Cleaning is included at the end of your stay. However, please empty the trash upon departure and wash the dishes before returning the keys.
Pool towels are not included in the reservation.
Linens are provided upon arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.

Pool/beach towels are not included.
The apartment does not have a hairdryer.
The accommodation does not have soap, washing machine products (dishwasher/washing machine), or coffee.
