The studio is located in a luxury residence on the top floor of the building, 12th floor, therefore offering an unobstructed view of the residence's park.
Indeed, the 4-hectare park will allow you to go for walks and go to the swimming pool!
The swimming pool is open all year round, unheated outdoor pool, which is open from 8am to 10pm.
Around you will find deckchairs.
The apartment is composed as follows:
- small entrance with the bathroom door on the right
- the bathroom has a shower, a sink and a toilet
- the living room has a TV, internet and a dining table that can accommodate up to 3 people.
- the kitchenette has 2 hotplates, a microwave, kitchen utensils
- the sofa bed is 140x200 cm and can accommodate 2 people
- the terrace is ideal for enjoying a coffee!
The residence's parking lot is shared. You can park there without any problem, but there is no designated parking space.
Tenants have access to the entire accommodation.
The apartment is managed by a professional company responsible for welcoming you on site upon your arrival and departure.
Arrivals are between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. Please let us know your exact arrival time the day before at the latest so that someone can arrange to meet you.
If you wish to arrive outside of these times, please contact us to provide your preferred arrival time. We will do our best to find a solution.
Departures are at 10 a.m.
The neighborhood is residential, family-friendly, and quiet. However, it is extremely close to the city center. The residence is located on Rue du Puy in Antibes. Ten minutes away, you will find old Antibes with its narrow pedestrian streets, typical restaurants, small artist boutiques, and the ramparts of Port Vauban.
The apartment is 6 minutes from the bus station and 10 minutes from the train station.
From the airport, you will have approximately 30 minutes of travel time to the accommodation.
When you leave, you will need to do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.
Cleaning is included in the rental and a linen kit will be provided upon your arrival for 2 people.
1 medium shower towel will also be provided per person upon arrival.
Beach/pool towels are not included.
Pets are prohibited.
Parties are prohibited.
The swimming pool is outdoor and unheated for the entire residence. There is no lifeguard.
The apartment is accessible by elevator.
Linens are provided upon arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.

Pool/beach towels are not included.
The accommodation does not have soap, washing machine products (dishwasher/washing machine), or coffee.
The parking lot has no designated space.
