The apartment is of high standing, in a luxury residence, ideal for your family stays.
The residence has a very large 8-hectare park where you can walk and access the swimming pool (unheated, outdoor).
It is composed as follows:
- Spacious entrance
- Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (which will always be made up as double beds upon arrival unless you request that they be made up as 2 single beds), table with chair, storage, large window with open view of a garden.
- Bathroom 1: adjoining bedroom 1 with bathtub and sink.
- Independent toilet accessible from the corridor with its hand basin.
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (which will always be made up as double beds upon your arrival unless you request that they be made up as 2 single beds), TV, bay window giving access to the terrace, sea and mountain view.
- Bathroom 2: adjoining bedroom 2 with walk-in shower and sink
- Fully equipped independent kitchen with central island (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, oven, hotplates)
- Living room with sofa area, coffee table, TV and another breakfast area with a dining table for 6 people. The living room has a breathtaking sea view and overlooks the bay of Antibes and the Vauban port. The living room has access to the 50 m2 terrace through the 2 bay windows.
The apartment has reversible air conditioning and WIFI.
Guests have access to the entire accommodation.
The area is ideal for a family vacation. This corner of Antibes offers residents a quiet, secure residential setting while providing direct access to the city center and the old town of Antibes.
Several shops are located near the accommodation, such as a butcher, baker, supermarket, hairdresser, nail bar, restaurants, Antibes train station, bus station, etc.
Gravette Beach is 1.3 km from the apartment, just a 19-minute walk away!
I live in Cannes and am available by phone (text, WhatsApp, calls) and can come to you if there are any problems with the smooth running of your stay. I will be at the property for the key handover to explain everything and answer your questions.
Check-in is between 3 pm and 8 pm. If check-in is later than 8 pm, please contact me to arrange a separate check-in.
Bus stop 200 from Nice Airport is just a ten-minute walk from the apartment.
The train station is also located a ten-minute walk from the apartment, or 700 meters.
By car, take the A8 motorway and exit at the Antibes exit then follow the signs for Antibes City Centre.
# Notes
Linens are included in the reservation. Upon arrival, one set of sheets will be provided per bed (two double beds, unless you request that all four single beds be made up instead). A medium-sized bath towel will also be provided per person upon arrival.
A tea towel, a roll of toilet paper and a bath mat per bathroom will also be left upon your arrival.
End-of-stay cleaning is included. Upon departure, the dishes must be washed and the trash removed.
The swimming pool is open all year round.
Opening hours are from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Linens are provided upon arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.

Pool/beach towels are not included.
The accommodation does not have soap, washing machine products (dishwasher/washing machine), or coffee.
