This charming three-room apartment, typical of the old town of Antibes, is composed as follows:

- A bedroom with a 140x200 double bed and storage space
- A bedroom with a sofa bed for two people partitioned by a glass wall
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
Guests have access to the entire venue and receive a set of keys upon check-in.
I work in Antibes, just a few meters from the square, so I can always stop by to resolve any issues. Otherwise, I'm available by text, WhatsApp, or phone throughout your stay.
I offer additional concierge services such as sightseeing activities, shuttles, mid-stay cleaning services, and any other requests you may have. Please feel free to contact me for more information.
The apartment is ideally located in Old Antibes. You'll be in the tourist district of Antibes. It's the place to be. You'll find everything that makes this city special. Small flower-lined streets to explore, numerous small shops, museums, ice cream parlors, restaurants, a Provençal market, a night market, artists, large terraces perfect for a drink, the port, the beach, etc.

Antibes SNCF train station is a 10-minute walk away, allowing you to easily visit the region and its various towns: Cannes, Juan-les-Pins, Nice, Monaco, etc.
From the Antibes motorway exit, you can park at the secure Q-PARK Pré-des-Pécheurs car park, which is located 500m from the apartment.
From Nice Airport, you can take the bus and stop at the stop near the apartment BUS N° 200, stop "PLACE DE GAULLE - ANTIBES"
Household linen and bath towels are included in your reservation.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator.
Linens are provided upon arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.
If you would like cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to arrange a quote for this additional service.
Pool/beach towels are not included.
The accommodation does not have soap, washing machine products (dishwasher/washing machine), or coffee.
