- two terraces: one, larger, offering a clear view of the mountains and the Thiou river (see photos), the other adjacent to the two bedrooms with a hammock to relax after a day of sightseeing or hiking.

- Access to the center of Annecy via a charming forest path along the Thiou river;

- Place de Cran-Gevrier is a two-minute walk away, offering bars, restaurants, pizzeria, shops, Intermarché supermarket for daily shopping, greengrocer, bakery, butcher, fishmonger, tobacconist, cinema, cheese shop, florist, hairdresser, market on Thursday and Sunday mornings...;
