Located in Aix-en-Provence, in a newly built residence, my apartment is sublime and will be perfect for a tourist stay.
Able to accommodate 6 people, it is composed of three bedrooms with two double beds and a sofa bed, a bathroom and a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful living room with a television to relax easily. In summer, the apartment remains very pleasant thanks to the shade cloth on the terrace, air conditioning in the living room and the master bedroom and ceiling fans in the rest of the rooms.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Hairdryer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Very efficient ceiling fans, Microwave, Oven, Iron.
A closed underground garage can be used to park a medium-sized car. This garage is equipped with a Green Up electrical outlet that allows for the charging of electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles.
You will also have a magnificent terrace offering a breathtaking view of Sainte Victoire!
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each trip.
The city center is a 10-minute drive away, and a 30-minute walk away. You'll find everything you need there (bars, restaurants, shops, etc.)!
