This pretty, bright house, recently renovated, offers all the comforts you need to discover the Ile de Ré.
Its central location provides access to the village's amenities, including the summer market, its port and shops.
This 46 m2 house is composed on the ground floor of an entrance hall, a fitted and equipped kitchen with a dining area, a shower room with WC.
Upstairs, a relaxation area with a TV, a desk, and a 140x200cm double bed. It can sleep 3 people with a cot.
You will have a small courtyard to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings.
Parking is charged in the surrounding areas, from March to November €15 per day or €60 per week.
Free parking "la favorite" towards La Couarde sur Mer
The price includes all bed, bathroom and kitchen linens.
The price includes administration fees (€24 incl. VAT).
Cleaning is optional: €60.
The "proportional" tourist tax is additional.
Reservations on our website can only be made from Saturday to Saturday. For a staggered period, a short stay, or any other period outside of Saturday-Saturday, please contact us.
Generally, check-in to accommodation is from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., and check-out is from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. For any arrival or departure before 8 a.m. and after 8 p.m., an additional charge is applied:
