A spacious and bright living room welcomes you with a living area, an open kitchen and a dining area.
The private home theater room will allow you to connect to your streaming accounts to stream videos with the comfort of suitable acoustic treatment.
Regarding the sleeping areas, the ground floor offers a large master suite of 44m2 including dressing room, bathroom and WC as well as a bedroom with its shower room; both opening directly onto the swimming corridor.
The upstairs landing leads to a bedroom with a double bed and a landing bedroom with single beds and a shower room.
A fifth bedroom is independent in the annex.
The exteriors are divided into several parts:
- the south side will be enjoyable at any time with its terrace with summer kitchen and its pétanque court
- the heated swimming corridor is located independently on the west side
- the north garden is nicely landscaped with a terrace and a green
For convenience, the house has a laundry room, a bicycle parking space, and a parking space for the car. All rooms in the house are air-conditioned.
