This new single-story villa has everything you need for a pleasant vacation!
Located in the heart of the village, just a stone's throw from the beach and the market, every detail has been carefully considered to ensure everyone feels comfortable: layout, decoration, layout and equipment.
The main house consists of a beautiful living room with open kitchen, a dining area and a lounge area with fireplace, all opening onto the garden with heated swimming pool and summer kitchen.
A second living room will allow for privacy.
Regarding the bedrooms, the house has two sleeping areas:
- the in the main house: two master suites with shower room and WC, one with dressing room
- the second, independent, in annex with two bedrooms, bathroom and WC.
For convenience, it's possible to park up to three vehicles and bicycles sey. The rental also has a laundry room.
As soon as the weather is nice, you can enjoy the heated swimming pool and the summer kitchen.
This house is ideal for a family vacation. In the summer, the living spaces and outdoor areas are both separate and open, clearly defined without compromising the conviviality!
The swimming pool is operational from April to September inclusive.
It is HEATED from May to September inclusive.
It is therefore not heated in April. However, it can be heated upon request by adding an extra charge.
Our animal friends are not allowed.
