Just a few steps from the beach, in a cul-de-sac in the village of La Couarde sur Mer, discover this single-story villa, ideal for vacations.
The entrance opens onto a beautiful living room with lounge area, dining area and open kitchen, directly opening onto the garden with swimming pool.
The sleeping areas consist of a master suite with shower room, two bedrooms with shower room and a separate toilet.
The house is located in a quiet area.
As soon as the weather is nice, you can enjoy the heated swimming pool with removable floor, ideal for children.
Bicycles can be parked in the entrance courtyard of the house and cars in the cul-de-sac.

The swimming pool is operational from April to September inclusive.
It is HEATED from May to September inclusive.
It is therefore not heated in April. However, it can be heated upon request by adding an extra charge.
