A typical Périgord house nestled in lush greenery. The kitchen, living room, and dining room feature a TV, three gas burners, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. The hallway leads to a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a bedroom with a cot and a 140x190 cm bed.
Still on the ground floor, you have a laundry room with a washing machine and a separate toilet with a washbasin. Upstairs, two bedrooms with a 140 cm bed and two 90 cm beds, a bathroom with a shower cubicle and toilet.
An unfenced garden with a ping-pong table, table football and a private swimming pool open from the end of June to the beginning of September (dimensions: 4.5 x 9.5m, depth 1.40m, chlorine), secured by a fence. Parking space in front of the cottage, basketball hoop, ping-pong table.
